Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Send all requests in writing by email to hello@airupballoons.com with the order number, client name, and event/pickup date.

Custom Installation (On-Site Service with Rentals) — Standard Windows

≥14 days before event: permitted; Materials Advance (30%) may be refunded minus non-recoverables. Retainer (20%) is non-refundable.
<14 days before event: permitted; no refund of the 50% Booking Payment. If documented non-recoverables exceed 50%, Client pays the difference within 5 business days.

Rescheduling

  • One (1) free reschedule within 12 months, subject to availability.

  • Each additional reschedule: $100.

  • Rescheduling does not change the original refund rules.

Late Booking

  • Booked <14 days to event: 100% prepayment, non-refundable.

  • One (1) reschedule within 12 months is permitted (availability required; price/terms may adjust if scope or location changes).

Outdoor & Safety

  • If conditions are unsafe (e.g., sustained wind ~15–20 mph, gusts >~25 mph, no secure anchors, venue prohibitions), Vendor may pause, relocate, or dismantle.

  • No refunds for weather-related damage or disruption after installation; where feasible, Vendor will offer a reasonable alternative (move indoors or simplify).

Grab & Go (Pickup) — Standard Windows

Buyer’s remorse: cancel within 24 hours and if pickup is >7 days away.
≥7 days before pickup: 50% refund or 100% store credit (valid 6 months).
<7 days before pickup: no refund.

Grab & Go (Pickup) — Rescheduling

  • One (1) free reschedule within 30 days, subject to availability; maximum two (2) reschedules, then the date is fixed.

  • Rescheduling does not change the original refund rules.

  • Late booking (<7 days): 100% prepayment, non-refundable. Reschedule option as above applies.
