Refund Policy

Custom Installation (On-Site Service with Rentals)

Booking Payment (50%)

Includes 20% Retainer and 30% Materials Advance.

Retainer (20%)

  • Non-refundable in all cases (earned upon receipt).

Materials Advance (30%)

  • Refundable only if canceled 14 or more days before the event, and only minus documented non-recoverable costs (special orders, fabrication, freight, subcontractors, supplier fees).

Cancellations

  • Less than 14 days before the event: no refund of the 50% Booking Payment.

  • If non-recoverable costs exceed 50%, Client must pay the difference.

Late Booking (<14 days)

  • Requires 100% prepayment.

  • Amount is non-refundable.

Balance Payment

  • Due 5 days prior to the event.

  • Non-refundable once the deadline has passed or installation has begun.

Grab & Go (Pickup)

Buyer’s Remorse

  • Cancel within 24 hours of payment and if pickup is more than 7 days away → 95% refund (5% covers paid processing fees).

Cancellations

  • 14 or more days before pickup: 50% refund or 100% store credit valid for 6 months (Client’s choice).

  • Less than 7 days before pickup: no refund.

Late Booking (<7 days)

  • Requires 100% prepayment.

  • Amount is non-refundable.
